VPL Enterprises was founded in Spring of 2009 to bring all of our various business units under one umbrella corporation. Our roots go back over 30 years to when Vanguard Plastics was founded as a small custom injection molding shop. Since then, we’ve grown organically and through acquisitions to become a significant supplier to a number of diverse industries, including residential and commercial construction, and retail shopping accessories.

Today, VPL Enterprises is made up of six sub-brands: Vanguard fenestration, Vanguard baskets, Vanguard shelving, Primex Telecommunications, Primex Construction, Premo Plastics.

Our mission is to continue to bring high quality products to our customers, on time and on spec. We will continue to look for acquisition targets that fit into our family of brands, and we are looking forward to another 30 years of successful operations.
